Meals On Wheels (Sudbury)'s International Passport Events have been ongoing for the past 12 years and have featured foods and wines of various countries across the world. Community sponsorships helped allow great successes from this event. The live and silent auctions also helped to sustain programs and services throughout the community.

The event has now moved to a more intimate setting at Ripe Restaurant using less auction items with a bigger impact. We call this newly refreshed event, "Sudbury's Food & Wine Culinary Showcase". It will be held during April's Volunteer Week and October's Meals On Wheels Week. Check out the photo gallery for our first semi-annual event.

Our first Canstruction Event held autumn 2006. We partnered with Banque d’aliments Sudbury Food Bank to ensure the 4.5 tons of non perishable foods would find it’s way into the homes of people who truly are in need. This event also helped raise awareness with Banque d’aliments Sudbury Food Bank and Meals On Wheels (Sudbury).  The event was on display at Science North for 3 months and was a great success.
